Payment

All payment will now be paid upfront via Paypal, and a payment plan will only be allowed if the price exceeds $1000+ for illustrative works.Additional fees may apply where warranted, such as additional characters, which would result in a 75% fee of the commission price. Another case would involve revisions after the main sketch has been approved, the price of which will range depending on the complexity of the desired object and how far into the stage the piece is.Furthermore, these commissions are non-refundable. Commissions can only be cancelled before payment, and no exceptions will be allowed after.

General

Expect the commission to take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on personal circumstances. If time stretches on for more than a month, then the client should expect an email with updates. Additionally, deadlines must be specified ahead of time and it is the client's sole responsibility to make this known.All completed pieces will be delivered via Google Drive. Be sure to save the finalized piece to your personal drive, as I will clear out older commissions from time to time to make space for new ones.You can request a specific style of mine for your piece, but you cannot request an imitation of another individual's style. The listed samples are a few examples of how the final outcome may appear, but feel free to reach out and ask if there is a specific piece of mine that you would like me to replicate for your piece.There will also be a waitlist if I find myself overwhelmed by the demand, and you will be contacted if you have opted in.Lastly, this is for private use only. If you would like a commission for commercial use, contact me directly and we can discuss it further from there.

Copyright & reproduction rights

The Artist shall retain all rights under copyright law to which the work, preliminary studies, drawings, specifications, and models may be subject. The Artist represents and agrees that the Artist is the sole creator of the work and that the work has not been previously displayed in whole or part, and that nothing in the work will infringe the copyright of any third party. Nothing shall prevent the Artist from creating future artwork in the Artist's manner and style of artistic expression.The Artist grants to client solely the singular work. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE ARTIST GRANTS NO RIGHT(S) OF REPRODUCTION IN ANY FORMAT, NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DISCOVERED. ANY VIOLATION OR THREATENED VIOLATION OF THIS CLAUSE SHALL ENTITLE THE ARTIST TO SEEK, WITHOUT THE NEED TO POST BOND, INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, WITH ALL COSTS RELATED TO SUCH ENFORCEMENT TO BE BORNE BY CLIENT.Should the client desire to purchase the rights of the piece for commercial use, this must be stated at the beginning of the inquiry.
